Here's a teaser for you...
Her attacker pinned her to the forest floor, his body covering her in an instant. Instinct kicked in and she lashed out with her feet. Her claws raked down skin.
The pressure in her lungs finally relented, and she took a large breath. Musk and incense. The familiar essence made her heart skip a beat. Demir.
A deep male growl reverberated into her chest.
She froze.
His feline nose nuzzled against her ear, his breath tickling the fine hairs. With a low growl, he nipped the back of her neck. The dominant display was his right as Pride leader, but the sensual nature of it sent tendrils of excitement through her body. She responded against her will, secreting her unique strawberry scent.
His muscles tensed, becoming rigid. His own pheromones filled the air in response to hers. The growl he emitted was deep and sensuous. With deliberate movements, he rubbed his whiskers against her cheek, marking her with his scent.
Her pulse raced. She didn’t want this. The urge to break free, to get away from him drove all her thoughts, and she changed into human form. Adrenaline surged through her body, and she pushed against him with all her might, but she couldn’t break his hold.
When she’d changed, he’d done the same. “Stop. I won’t hurt you.”
She fought him all the more. Twisting and turning, she managed to get her knees underneath her. He used her momentum to flip her over, and then engulfed her in his arms.
She pushed against his biceps bulging beneath his black T-shirt. His strength overwhelmed her, and she had a conflicting desire to bite him on the shoulder, both to cause him pain and to mark him in her own way. The contradictory yearning made her cry out in frustration.
He pulled her tighter, closing the distance between them. “Relax, Aramie, relax.” He practically purred her name.
The vibration rattled over the skin on her back, tickling her bottom. She couldn’t stop her body’s natural shiver.
“Please, let me go.” Even as she said the words, the deepest part of her didn’t want him to ever let her go.
He glanced at her mouth, and his pupils dilated. The memory of his kiss raced through her mind. Unbidden, her tongue slid over her bottom lip, moistening it.

4 stars - by Diedre at Night Owl Reviews:
Untamable Lover is the second book in the Worlds of Lemuria: Earth Colony by Rosalie Redd. This book was well written and flowed well from the previous story, adding to the series. The characters became more rounded and it was a pleasure to read of a strong female lead character. Ms. Redd has great skill in her writing style to draw the reader in and have the reader submerge themselves in the story and plot line. I am looking forward to reading more on the war that is at the base of the story and find out which side wins the war.
Demir is the Panthera leader and has been struck paralyzed by an enemy dart. As his second in command, Aramie is determined to find the cure to to bring Demir back. 4 Stars - by Merissa on Archaeolibrarian:
Once again, very well written, with no editing or grammatical errors to disrupt the reading flow. You get to see Demir as a more rounded, less arrogant, Pride Leader. Aramie is his perfect match, but it did make me wonder just how/why he was so obsessed with Eleanor?! Also continuing with Noeh and Melissa's story, this is a wonderful read and an excellent addition to the series. Definitely recommended by me. Archaeolibrarian
4 Stars - by Anne at InD'Tale Magazine:
Aramie is the second in command of the Lemurian panther pack, under the wounded leader Demir. She is an independent woman - an unacceptable role in the pack - as women should submit to a mate. Aramie plans to never be mated. The Lemurian and Gossum are tools in a battle fought by Lemurians to gain control of Earth. A challenge between ex-lovers, Alora and Zedron, to colonize the planet and gain control of the precious water that the planet of Lemuria desperately needs.
A complex plot plays out quite smoothly under the deft hands of author Rosalie Redd. The complexity of the different players within the mystical game being played out is very intriguing, and draws their different plot lines together over the span of the novel. The key is complex. There is an incredible storyline in play that requires an understanding of each individual character; thankfully Ms. Redd gives every character dutiful attention. The fantasy world of Lemuria is beautifully described and earth is given the attention necessary to make the tale plausible. Essentially this is a well-crafted tale of good versus evil. This book easily stood alone, thus no requirement to read book one. The romantic entanglements are the threads that strongly connect to the first book, so worth following. Aramie and Demir make a most interesting couple. InD'Tale Magazine
5 Stars - by Marie at Marie's Tempting Reads:
I have to admit, I really didn't care for Demir all that much just from the first book...until the end. And than I thought just maybe he could be redeemed. Lo and behold he did VERY VERY MUCH get redeemed. I felt like in Untamable Lover he became a very likable character and one great hero by the end. I loved how Demir seemed to regret and almost, reform as he is unable to move with the paralysis for some time. I think that really helped him to redeem himself. Aramie was a great heroine. Strong, passionate, and surprisingly caring she really was a good fit for Demir.
This story had many great twists and surprises you don't see coming. It was action packed, thrilling, oh so sexy and perfectly balanced with heat and heart. I really am enjoying this fantastic series by Miss Redd! Intertwined in a fascinating world with a number of amazing characters, creatures, dangers, and sweet, sultry passion. This series just gets better and better and Untamable Lover really surprised me in a good way with how I ended up really liking a hero I was not all that sure about from the first book. Just WOW!
