Unforgivable Lover
A Warriors of Lemuria novel, #5
The deepest scars are on the inside.
Who would’ve thought shape-shifters were real? Certainly not Nikki, not, at least, until she’s attacked by a creature right out of her nightmares then rescued by a man straight from her dreams. Gaetan is a tall, mysterious shifter whose deep, sexy voice, gorgeous aquamarine eyes, and smooth, sensual touch calls to her on a level she doesn’t fully understand. Drawn into his fantastical world, she becomes part of an elaborate war, and as the final battle roars, if either is to survive, she must face her fears and trust him despite the scars marring her heart. Don't miss the heart-wrenching, exciting finale to the Warriors of Lemuria series! |

Finally Gaetan gets his story and WHAT A OUTSTANDING ONE IT WAS! I have loved this series, but Unforgivable Lover is by far THE BEST ONE! With non-stop action, sultry, heart-melting romance, and a ON POINT plot, this was an eye-opening, INSANELY good story.
I really found it endearing how Gaetan was so caring and sweet and even possessive with Nikki. He took the time to really talk to her and discuss her options. I couldn't help but to fall head over heels for him. He is definitely the most worthy heroes I ever had the privilege of reading about and I am just in awe of him and his amazing story. I give Unforgivable Lover a STUNNING FIVE SHOOTING STARS! See more at: Marie's Tempting Reads
5 Stars "Top Pick" - Deidre at Night Owl Reviews:
"Unforgivable Lover" is the fifth and final book in the Lemuria series by Rosalie Redd. As with the previous books in the series Ms Redd quickly draws you in and has the reader fully invested in the book. "Unforgivable Lover" is well written and a joy to read. The characters come off the pages and all come with their own circumstances that have shaped them. I read through this book very quickly. I felt joy and I cried during this book, I am very sad to know that it is the last in the series; however, the book does give a sense of closure. See more at: Night Owl Reviews

Nikki never knew of the shifter world until she was attacked and rescued by Gaetan. He is mysterious but she can’t help but like him. He doesn’t think he deserves her. With war on its way, these two have to learn to trust and open up to each other. Wonderful read. Excellent characters. Awesome storyline. See more at: Goodreads

Unforgivable Lover was an excellent read. I haven’t read the rest of the series yet but I was still able to get into the story and fall in love with the characters. I knew I would love Gaetan from the start, flawed heroes are a favorite of mine. He’s so full of self-loathing and regret, he doesn’t think he’s worthy of love. He gets a chance after saving Nikki. The story starts with Nikki being attacked and when Gaetan saves her she’s drawn into a new world and a war. I think I’ll have to read the rest of the series to get the subtleties of his world and what’s going on but as always the author has focused on very well-deserved characters getting to know each other and growing together. I thoroughly enjoyed it and definitely recommend it! See more at: Nerdgirl

UNFORGIVABLE LOVER is the last book in the Warriors of Lemuria series, and in this one we get Gaetan's story. He has been a prominent character throughout this series, and I have been waiting with bated breath for his story to come out. I wasn't disappointed! Although Gaetan is incredibly hard on himself and doesn't see his own redeeming features, he is quick to help others. In this case, Nikki. He may blame himself for getting her mixed up in the whole situation, but he doesn't shirk from helping her adjust either.
This is an incredibly fast-paced book. As it is the final one, there are a lot of loose ends that need tying up. On the whole, this was an excellent way to finish the series. I was dismayed, fatalistic, overjoyed, and fearful whilst reading this book. It certainly engaged my emotions, which is all I want from a book. See more at: The Romance Reviews

Besides from the fact this book brings the series to an end, I did enjoy it, and I wouldl highly recommend this series for those who like paranormal, or fantasy romances. Always sad to see a series come to an end. See more at: Archaeolibrarian
